GREAT ATTRACTIONS

Surrounded by pristine beauty unique to this part of the country, Granisle offers visitors a unique blend of seasons which makes it a year round destination. Whether you are here for a weekend of curling, a Lions Club function or convention or a full week of hunting and fishing, Granisle will make you feel welcomed.

During your visit you may want to enjoy the many attractions that Granisle offers. The picturesque Finlay Falls can be reached easily following an easy hike pass Millionaires Pool. The Fulton River Spawning Channel is the largest in the world and is not to be missed; especially in the fall when eagles come in large numbers to feed.

In 1971 miners at the Noranda copper mine discovered more than ore when they came across the remains of a Columbian mammoth. A replica of the mammoth's bones can be seen at the Visitor Info Centre and Museum.
